After 14 years of working for the Neuenhof forestry office, the forester Horst Willi Turk and his wife Monika founded the forestry company H. W. Turk in 1961.
Due to the professional competence, the forestry services were in demand regionally and supra-regionally. In addition to private forest owners, the main clients were municipal forestry offices (e.g. Wuppertal, Hagen and Dortmund).
Approximately 6 years after its foundation, up to 25 forest workers were on the job. In the seventies, tree care, then still in its infancy, was added to the portfolio as a progressive service.
In the course of time, tree care became more and more the focus of our daily work. Today, the care of our trees, as a service of gardening and landscaping, is the main focus of our activities.
